Department Of Computer Science
Computer Science is an ever-expanding field. Keeping your knowledge updated about the subject is very important whether you are in this field or not. It finds application in almost all the areas and at every walk of life. It brings the entire world at a distance of only one click.
SCOPE :
The scope of Computer Science is unlimited. Computer Science finds applications in different streams such as Medical Science, Astrology, Engineering etc. Now a days Computers are the major sources for providing databases to almost all the non-science streams.
In other words you can go global with computers.
About The Department :
Computer Science department was established in the year August 1999. Initially this department started with B.Sc. and has flourished since then.
Now we have the following courses
1) Junior college :
a.)Information technology
2) Senior college:
a) B.Sc. (Computer Science ) 3 years degree course
b) BCS. 3 years honor’s course
Merits & Achievements :
Our B.Sc.(Computer Science ) results were always almost 100% since it was established.
This department has given a number of merits from BCS. Our first batch of BCS was out in 2005 and has given the following positions.

Duration of courses
It is a no grant undergraduate course affiliated to Rashtrasanth Tukdoji Maharaj Nagpur University, approved by government of Maharashtra and recognized by UGC under 2F and 12F. The course is of 3 years duration. Examinations are conducted annually by Rashtrasanth Tukdoji Maharaj Nagpur University.
Admission Criteria
1. The students should have Mathematics in 12th class.
2. The students seeking admission should have above 50% marks in 12th class.
